Secondly, enterprises should organize job training in a planned manner, improve employees' operating skills and quality control skills, and conduct qualification certification for important positions (such as high-frequency induction heating). Heat treatment production is highly professional, and employees can only be competent for work and fully participate if they have sufficient knowledge, skills and experience. Secondly, various forms of quality awareness, communication awareness, professional ethics and professionalism education should be carried out frequently to improve the quality of employees, promote mutual teaching and learning, and jointly improve the quality of throat hoop heat treatment. In addition, enterprises should actively create conditions to encourage employees to innovate and develop and achieve continuous improvement.
2. Equipment and tooling (machine)
There are many types of heat treatment production equipment and tooling, and some precision measuring instruments should be used frequently to provide equipment, tooling, and measurement guarantees. Improving the reproducibility and reliability of the heat treatment process is based on the guarantee of the quality of throat hoop heat treatment, and it is also a consideration of the safety of operators. Operators are required to strictly abide by the equipment tooling and measuring tool operating procedures, and implement civilized operation and maintenance. Heat treatment equipment maintenance personnel should do a good job in daily maintenance and regular maintenance of the equipment, and carry out improvement repairs on the equipment in a timely manner, strictly implement the tooling and workstation equipment management system, require operators to use the tooling correctly according to the system and process requirements and return it in time, and require the tooling management department to do a good job in the issuance, storage, maintenance, verification, adjustment, repair, replacement and other work of the tooling. Strictly implement the measurement management system, require operators to correctly use and maintain measuring instruments in accordance with the system and the quality requirements of throat hoop heat treatment, and require the measurement department to calibrate, repair and identify the measuring instruments according to regulations. Because sometimes a little error in the temperature control instrument will affect the operator's judgment.
3. Throat hoop material (material)
For throat hoop heat treatment production, although the material has been determined during the design and its own factors cannot be controlled, in the processing, transportation, inventory, and work of heat treatment production, there will often be mixing, wrong materials, loss, rust, bumps and deformation, which will affect the quality of high-strength throat hoop heat treatment. The relevant personnel can work conscientiously and effectively to avoid the occurrence of adverse phenomena such as mixing, leakage, and wrong materials. It requires the inspection department to do a good job in material inspection and status identification (such as using different colors of oil to distinguish different steel grades), and the material storage department to do a good job in material identification, delivery, handling, and storage; the production department should work carefully and meticulously, do a good job in the identification, storage, and storage of work-in-progress, and promptly discover problems and notify relevant departments to deal with them in a timely manner. In heat treatment production, many high-strength throat clamp material problems can be repaired and solved by corresponding process technology as long as they are discovered in time. For example, the quenched bolts were later found to be ML35 steel instead of 35# steel. After lowering the tempering temperature, the tensile strength was tested and qualified for "release" for use; the deformation of longer bolts exceeded the standard, which can be solved by the corresponding straighter process; the rust on the surface of the throat clamp can be blackened again after pickling, and the more oxide skin can be solved by sandblasting. Of course, "afterwards" solving the problem is a last resort, and it should be done with caution.
4. Process specification (method)
Heat treatment is an important process in the processing of high-strength throat clamps, and it plays a key role in improving the market competitiveness of throat clamp products. Heat treatment is essentially a process that improves its performance, service performance and service life by strictly controlling the heating and cooling process of the material.
Heat treatment production technology is very theoretical and practical. A set of suitable heat treatment processes and relatively complete operating specifications are required to control the heat treatment quality. From the perspective of quality control, the heat treatment process should be formulated according to the specific high-strength throat clamp materials and related equipment and tooling as well as the operating skills of employees. Appropriate process parameters should be selected. Heat treatment process technicians must be familiar with the production site and continuously improve the process and make continuous improvements through practical confirmation. The heat treatment process of high-strength bolts above grade 10.9, nuts above grade 10 or new materials with special requirements should be implemented with on-site construction workers and operators. The original records should be made in strict accordance with the requirements of the quality control documents. If abnormalities are found, corrective measures can be taken in time. In addition, strict process change control should be implemented. Changes should be made in accordance with the process document control procedures.
The technical document storage department should do a good job in technical document management to ensure that the drawings, process documents and quality control documents used on the production site are complete, perfect, unified and clear. Heat treatment production operators must strictly implement process discipline, operate according to the process, and must not arbitrarily change parameters and temperature (time, medium, equipment, process, etc.). Management personnel including process technicians, construction workers, inspectors, etc. are required to conduct regular and hierarchical process discipline inspections and deal with problems seriously.
